Model STME utilizes a built-in temperature control which maintains 121° C ( 250° F) . Model STME-L provides an adjustable temperature control which can be set between 110° and 121° C ( 230° to 250° F) . Unit reaches sterilizing temperature in 8-10 minutes. Pressure automatically exhausted, power shut off at cycle completion; slow exhaust may be selected for sterilizing liquids. Aluminum sterilizing cylinder’ s interior dimensions 16” diameter x 26” long; volume is 3 cubic feet; exterior is polished stainless steel. Stainless steel door is self-sealing; cannot be opened during sterilization. Dimensions: 13” x 11” .
